The spring
The sprouting and production of our Brown Rice takes place thanks to the water of the Papalini Spring which flows at about 600 metres above sea level, at the foot of the Lessinia Regional Park (little Dolomites).

We have chosen to bring the heart of our work to the foot of the Lessinia Regional Park (little Dolomites) to have the best spring water, essential for our sprouts.
