The LIVE AND WHOLE rice seeds are SPROUTED IN SPRING WATER and transformed into an INNOVATIVE FORM called BIOSURICE which is the basis for all our products.
Following the natural rhythms of germination, we activate the rice seeds (of Italian origin) in spring water at a controlled temperature.
In this phase, when the sprouts are at their peak vitality, we transform the rice into a delicious and balanced plant-based drink to get: BioSuRice (sprouted brown rice).
In BioSuRice® (Sprouted Brown Rice), compared to brown rice and even more so white rice, we find elements multiplied by various factors, as shown by Kayahara and Tsukahara (see values on the side).
People are encouraged to consume brown rice instead of white rice, but brown rice is difficult to cook (involving a pressure cooker) and less tasty. With our production process we have overcome the problem, as germination makes the product much more appetising, as well as significantly increasing many nutrients (Table1).
